1. Warranty Period
Limited 1-Year Coverage

Rodsking fishing rods are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against material defects and craftsmanship issues (e.g., section cracks) from the date of delivery.

Valid only for the original purchaser with proof of purchase (order confirmation/invoice required).

2. Claims Process
Step 1: Contact Customer Support

Email service@rodsking.com with:

Order number, purchase date, retailer/platform

Exact damaged section description (e.g., "5cm from tip of Section 2")

Clear photos/video of the defect

Step 2: Warranty Service

Under Warranty (1 Year):

Precision Section Replacement: We ship the replacement rod section free of charge (no return required).

Customer Responsibility: $25 shipping & handling fee.

Expedited Delivery: 5-8 business days within the continental U.S.

Out-of-Warranty Service:

Repair Cost: $15 service fee + actual parts cost (quote provided upfront).


3. Coverage Details
